Preschooler's regime: recommendations of specialists

Pre-school education includes not onlyvisiting development circles and training sessions. No less important is the child's psychological and physical readiness for school. Pediatricians recommend changing the daily routine in the summer - then the baby will be able to adapt quickly to a new rhythm of life in September.

Try to wake the baby at the same timeevery morning - ten minutes before the alarm signal: it's hard to climb up even to an adult, and even to a child - even more so. Offer to do an easy exercise - a few slopes, stretch marks and squats will quickly lead the body into tonus. Breakfast should be satisfying - omelets with vegetables, cereals and casseroles on milk, sandwiches with slices of lean meat will provide the growing body with the right energy reserve.

Make a daily schedule for the circles andoccupations in such a way that there are breaks between them - a too saturated schedule can lead to hyperexcitability, neuroses, rapid fatigue. Alternate training loads with moving games, midday rest and quiet pastime - read the baby out loud or turn on the audiobook. Dinner is better to combine from several dishes - vegetable salad, soup, meat or fish with garnish quickly satisfy hunger. Dessert, fruit and yogurt can be served for a mid-afternoon snack.

Dinner should be offered no later than two hoursbefore sleep - light manicures, cottage cheese with a banana, baked apples with honey and cranberries will be assimilated without problems and will not leave weight in the stomach. Arrange the kid "quiet time" - drawing, sculpting, watching cartoons, calm communication with relatives will adjust it to a "sleepy" mood. Do not let the crumb fall asleep after midnight - this mode will negatively affect your health and well-being.
