What pressure is normal
The pressure measurement allows you to quickly learncause the malaise and eliminate it, without waiting for the situation to worsen. Each of us is individual and has its own physiological characteristics, but despite this, there are certain criteria that allow to determine what pressure a person is considered normal.
What it is?
Often people do not distinguish between such concepts asblood and blood pressure, but there is a significant difference between them. Blood is a more general concept, implying that the blood has an effect on certain organs. Arterial also suggests that the effect is carried out in the arteries. Similarly, it is possible to detect capillary (in capillaries) and venous (in veins).
Why does everyone want to know blood pressure? Because it is easier to measure than other types, and it indicates some deviation in health.
Systolic pressure
The arterial type, in turn, consists of twofactors: systolic and diastolic parameters. Systolic (upper) - the pressure that develops in the process of contraction of the heart muscle, but this is not cardiac pressure, since large arteries (aorta) participate in its injection. When the contraction occurred, and the aorta closed, the blood that passed through the heart begins to flow freely through the vessels. The strength with which this free flow occurs during a heartbeat interruption is called diastolic (lower) pressure.
The differences in the upper indicators are especiallyDangerous for life, because they indicate a disturbed rhythm of the work of the heart and large arteries. As already mentioned above, each person has his own individual physiological characteristics, but there is a conventional rate of systolic pressure equal to 120 mm Hg. The norm of diastolic is 80 mm.
During the day, the value may vary, thatis a natural process. So, in healthy people it is lowest at night during sleep, and reaches its highest values during the period of activity - from noon to 3 pm.
Hypertension and hypotension
It is difficult to say how much pressurehuman, so to determine its norm, it is necessary to measure it from time to time. So, if it is constantly elevated (relative to the conventional norm of 120/80 mm), you are hypertensive. And, on the contrary, if you regularly suffer from low mercury levels, this is called hypotension.
Hypertension and hypotension should be able toadjust the indicators to feel cheerful and healthy. This can be done both with the help of special medicines, and folk remedies. Also, it is possible to add to the diet appropriate foods and beverages that increase or decrease the pressure. It is known that alcohol increases blood pressure, so it is not recommended to use it in hypertensive patients, especially during the crisis period.
Knowing which pressure is the norm, and howyou can monitor your own indicators, you can always monitor your health. In case of sudden pressure drops, it is recommended to consult a doctor, as this may indicate hidden cardiovascular diseases.
