15 Patties with spinach filling

To prepare 25 servings you will need:



  • Universal spray for baking;

  • 150 grams of chopped spinach;

  • 120 grams of softened fat-free cream cheese;

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese;

  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion pens;

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper;

  • 400 grams of pizza dough;

  • 1 protein;

  • 1 tablespoon of water;

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese.


Preparation:


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cover 2 sheets for baking with foil, lightly grease the foil with a baking spray, put the sheets aside. For the filling in a medium-sized saucepan, combine the spinach, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, onion and pepper, and set aside.


On a lightly floured table, roll out the doughin a square with a side of 38 cm, cut the dough into 25 squares with a side of 7.5 cm with a knife and lay the filling in the center of each square with a spoon. In a small cup with a fork, whip the protein with water. Spread this mixture on the edge of the squares.


Connect the opposite edges of the squares,triangle. Fork prongs, press on the edges to secure. Spread the patties on prepared baking sheets. With a fork, puncture the tops of the patties. Spread the tops of the pies with a mixture of protein and water, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked. Give the patties a little cool on the sheets for baking. Serve hot.
