13 Fruit sauce made from yoghurt and cream cheese
To prepare 450 ml of sauce you will need:
- 250 grams of softened cream cheese;
- 250 grams of sour cream or 500 grams of yogurt without additives;
- 50 grams of brown sugar;
- 1 teaspoon of vanillin;
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk;
- Fruit.
Preparation:
Whisk the cream cheese in a small saucepanmixer at low speed, gradually adding sour cream. Add brown sugar and vanillin, whisk until ingredients are completely mixed. Stir in the milk. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve on the table with fruits.
