14 Shrimp Cocktail
To prepare 30 servings you will need:
- 250 grams of sour cream;
- 50-60 grams of horseradish;
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion feathers;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 350 grams of sauce for sea cocktail or chilli sauce;
- 700 grams of peeled and cooked shrimp with tails;
- Onions and / or lemon slices.
Preparation:
1. In a small saucepan mix the sour cream, horseradish, chopped onions and lemon juice. Spoon half of the sour mixture into a 4-section saucer. Spoon half of the chilli sauce into the next section of the plate. Then put sour cream mixture, then chili sauce. If necessary, cool the mixture before serving.
2. To serve on a table, put a sectional plate on a large dish. Rinse the prawns, dry them with a paper towel. Spread the shrimp, lemon and onion around the plate with the sauce.
