6 Olives stuffed with a mixture of Gorgonzola cheese and thyme
To prepare 40 servings you will need:
- 90 grams of grated Gorgonzola cheese;
- 50 grams of softened cream cheese;
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme;
- ½ teaspoon black pepper;
- 40 green olives without a core.
Preparation:
1. In a medium-sized cup, mix gorgonzol and cream cheese at medium speed with a mixer. Add thyme and pepper, whisk again.
2. Spoon the mixture into a confectioner's bag with a small round nozzle. Place the mixture in each olive. Put the olives in a glass container.

Olives can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. To serve, leave the olives at room temperature for 1 hour.
