  • cabbage - 350 g


  • canned corn - 320 g


  • cucumber - 260 g


  • Crab sticks or meat - 270 g


  • mayonnaise - 230 g

Cooking method




  1. Shred cabbage with medium slices.


  2. Slice the cucumber.


  3. Defrost and chop crab sticks.


  4. Mix all the ingredients, add salt, dill, mayonnaise.



Quick recipe for cabbage, stewed with ham and vegetables



Necessary ingredients:




  • ham - 420 g


  • white cabbage - 1 small head


  • carrots - 210 g


  • onions - 190 g


  • pasta from tomatoes - 2.5 tbsp. l.


  • Bulgarian pepper - 240 g


  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.


  • pepper bitter, salt



Cooking method




  1. Cut the onion, place it in a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry a little.


  2. Peel carrots, grate, add to onions, lightly fry.


  3. Peel the pepper from the seeds, finely chop, fry.


  4. Add to the contents of the frying pan the diced ham, fry.


  5. Pour the shredded cabbage into a frying pan. Add salt, seasonings. Stew about half an hour until the cabbage softens.


  6. Mix the tomato paste and 100 g of water, add to the remaining ingredients, stew for about 10 minutes.



The ham can be replaced with meat, for example boiled veal. In this case, you can consider this recipe as dietary.



Delicious recipe for cabbage casserole with meat



Necessary ingredients:




  • minced meat from chicken meat - 550 g


  • white cabbage - 1 head


  • onion - 160 g


  • carrots - 21 g


  • cheese hard - 180 g


  • mayonnaise - 280 g


  • vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. l.


  • salt, pepper ground



Cooking method




  1. Chop onion and fry in a heated frying pan.


  2. Pour into the frying pan with onions minced, fry for 15-20 minutes.


  3. Grate the carrots, fry in a pan.


  4. Add chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, simmer for about 20 minutes.


  5. Distribute cabbage in the form for baking.


  6. Lubricate the mass with mayonnaise, distribute minced meat on top.


  7. Spread mayonnaise on top and grate cheese on top.


  8. The oven is about half an hour at a temperature of 190 degrees.
