Peel and chop cabbage. Remove the core from apples and cut into small slices.
Rinse and clean the horseradish root, grate it on a fine grater. Cut the onions into half rings.
In salted water, cook cabbage until half cooked. Then apples, onions, horseradish, vegetable oil and spices.
Bring to a boil over low heat.
Remove from heat, then add the vinegar and put the hot salad in the jars.
Covered cans with salad sterilize at a temperature of 100 °. If you use 0.5 l jar - 35 min, 1 l - 45 min. After sterilization, quickly roll up.
Cool the jars by placing them with lids down.
Cabbage salad for the winter with green tomatoes

To make this delicious salad you will need:
1 kg of green tomato;
1 kg of cabbage;
2 sweet peppers;
2 onions;
100 g of sugar;
1 tbsp. l. salts;
0,3 l of vinegar;
6 mountains. sweet pepper;
6 mountains. black pepper.
Step-by-step recipe of cabbage with green tomatoes:
Sliced tomatoes, finely chop cabbage and onions.
Peel the pepper from the seeds and shred 2-3 cm.
Mix and salt vegetables. Put everything in an enamel bowl, top it with cabbage leaves and gauze. Put under the press.
After 10-12 hours, drain the juice, add spices, sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 10 minutes.
Hot cabbage salad for winter put in jars and sterilize. If you use a 0.5 liter jar - 10 minutes, 1 liter - 15 minutes. Quickly roll up.
Cabbage salad for the winter "Fergana"

For cooking, you will need:
2 kg of carrots;
3 kg of white cabbage;
2 kg of cucumbers;
3 kg of red tomatoes;
2 kg of onion (preferably white grade);
1.5 kg of red sweet Bulgarian pepper;
200 g of vegetable oil;
3 tbsp. l. 70% vinegar;
10 g of black ground pepper;
5 tbsp. l. salts;
3 bunches of parsley and dill.
Step-by-step recipe of Fergana salad:
Peeled vegetables cut into small strips. Shred cabbage.
Mix the vegetables, add greens, spices of vinegar and vegetable oil.
Spread into 1-liter cans and sterilize for 1 hour over a small fire.
Hot can quickly roll up and turn over.
