Spicy herbs, tender shrimp meat - no one will hold back, so as not to eat at least a spoonful of this wonderful salad. Prepare a salad "Sea" on this recipe.

For salad preparation you will need:



for salad:



  • salad - 6-7 leaves

  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.

  • cucumbers - 1 pc.

  • prawns cooked-ice-cream peeled, large - 100 g

  • meat of boiled-frozen squid - 100 g

  • canned corn - 2-3 tbsp.

  • bow green - several feathers

  • juice half a lemon


for refueling:



  • olive oil (sunflower) - 4 tbsp.

  • mint dry - 0,25 tsp.

  • thyme dry - 0.5 tsp.

  • garlic - 1 clove

  • Salt, black pepper ground, fragrant pepper - to taste


Preparation.



  1. Shrimp and squid defrost, drain the liquid. Drizzle the lemon juice.

  2. Salad, tomato, cucumber and onion wash. Put on the plate lettuce leaves, tearing from the hands.

  3. Cut cucumbers into large half rings. Cut the tomatoes into large slices.

  4. Add cucumbers to lettuce leaves, top with tomatoes.

  5. Put tomatoes on seafood, corn, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

  6. Prepare the gas station. To do this, mix the oil, thyme and mint in the tank, add crushed garlic. In the dressing to taste, add salt and pepper.
