Spicy sweet salad from Pekinese cabbage
The combination of sharp and sweet tints of taste in one dish is typical of traditional Chinese cuisine. We offer to cook one of the dishes of Chinese cuisine - a spicy-sweet salad from Peking cabbage.
Spicy sweet salad from Pekinese cabbage
For salad preparation you will need:
- 250 g of Chinese cabbage
- 2 tomatoes
- 250 g of string beans
- 125 g of peeled shrimp
- 1-2 red peppers chili peppers
- 60 g of fried salted peanuts
- leaf salad
- salt
For refueling:
- 4 tbsp. spoons of lime juice
- 2 tbsp. spoons of fish sauce
- sugar
- ground black pepper
Preparation
- Cabbage thinly chopped. Tomatoes should be boiled, peeled and seeded, finely chopped. Beans boil in salted water, peel, cut. Pepper the chili seeds and finely chop.
- Mix cabbage with tomatoes, beans, shrimps and half chili. Stir, add two thirds of the nuts, mix again.
- Wash salad leaves, tear into small pieces, lay them on the edges of the dish. In the middle put a salad.
- Prepare the dressing: combine the juice of lime, sauce, sugar and pepper but taste, beat. Pour the dressing with a salad. Sprinkle the remaining chili and peanuts.
