How to cook:

Ingredients: 3 kg of ripe tomatoes, half a glass of sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt, half a glass of vinegar, 200 grams of vegetable oil, one pod of pepper (add to taste), eggplants - 12 pieces (choose large enough vegetables to size), Bulgarian pepper 18 -20 pieces, 200 g cloves of garlic.
Preparation:
1. Cut the eggplant into circles, leaving them in a separate cup.
2. Put my tomatoes and twist it with a meat grinder, then put the tomato mass in a saucepan and bring it to a boil on the stove.
3. In the pan with tomatoes we add the following products: salt, vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar and bitter pepper, which must first be ground or cut into thin strips.
