Apple pie with cheese is an unusual and original recipe. It is made from sour apples with the addition of grated cheese. To prepare it you will need the following ingredients:



  • 3 medium sized apples

  • 1 tbsp. pancake flour (incomplete)

  • 125 grams of grated cheese

  • 0.5 tbsp. powdered sugar

  • 175 g of butter

  • 1 egg

  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 3 tablespoons milk

  • cinnamon, lemon juice - to taste


To prepare the dough, pour the flour into a bowl,salt and 0.25 st. of powdered sugar. Add there two-thirds of the oil and rub it well with a dry mixture. Baste the egg in the bowl, pour the milk and mix the soft dough.



Wash and peel apples, remove their seedsand cut into slices. Lubricate the baking dish with plenty of oil (the optimum diameter of the mold is 20 cm) and put the dough into it. On top of the dough flatten a layer of apple slices, and sprinkle them with grated cheese. On top of the cheese, put the remains of apples, sprinkle the cake with ground cinnamon and sugar powder.
