Marinated beans

One way to cook beans for the winter -marinate it. Then this bean can be used as an independent snack (garnish) or add to other dishes. You can marinate both beans and asparagus beans. So, today in the Land of Soviets - pickled beans.
Marinated beans: 1 variant
Here is one of the simplest recipes for marinatingasparagus beans for the winter. You will need pods of beans, any spices to taste (bay leaves, black peppercorns, parsley, dill - in general, that you want), and also following products for marinade:
1 liter of water
100 g of sugar
50 g 9% vinegar
1 tbsp. l. salt
The amount of marinade will depend on the amount of beans, just observe the stated proportions of the ingredients.
So, my bean pods, we cut off at both ends, if the pods are too long, cut them into pieces so that it's easier to lay the beans tightly in the jar. Boil the beans for 5-10 minutes.
Banks are sterilized, we lay in them washedgreens and spices. We bring the water to a boil. We put beans in jars, pour boiling water and cover the jars with clean plastic covers. Leave for half an hour.
Then drain the water into a saucepan and bring toboiling. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. When the sugar and salt dissolve, and the marinade boils, pour the beans to them and roll the jars with sterile lids. We turn the jars and wrap them until they cool down completely.

This is a variant of marinating beans for the winter with garlic and wine vinegar. It is not too different from the previous one, but, nevertheless, we give a complete recipe for this home preparation. It is necessary to take such ingredients:
1 liter of water
500 g of string beans
100 g of sugar
50 ml of wine vinegar
4 cloves of garlic
1.5 tbsp. l. salt
My beans and remove the tips and side veins. Blanched pods of beans in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Then discard the beans into a colander and cool under running cold water.
We lay the pods in a sterilized jar,trying to put them in an upright position. We put cleaned garlic on top. Water with vinegar, sugar and salt bring to a boil, pour the beans with a boiling marinade. Hermetically clogging the jars, let's completely cool down. We store in a cool dark place.

But the recipe for pickled beans. Teach only that you need to store such a pickled bean in the refrigerator. To prepare this spicy snack we will need such products:
vegetable broth
200 g of beans
half bulbs
2 cloves of garlic
2 buds of a carnation
1 bay leaves
For marinade
2 medium bulbs
5 tbsp. l. olive oil
4 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar
2-3 cloves of garlic
1-2 tsp. mustard
mixture of olive oil, black pepper, fresh parsley, salt - to taste
Beans must be soaked overnight. Drain the water after soaking, boil the beans in vegetable broth with the addition of spices. We cook about an hour and a half: the first 15 minutes on high heat, the rest of the time - on a small one. Broth the broth and let it cool down with the finished beans.
While the bean cools, we prepare the gas station. We chop the onions into cubes, add them to the bowl and cover with salt. Leave for 10-15 minutes to let onion gave juice. In the meantime, we minutely chop the greens and garlic. Mix all ingredients for marinade, combine with boiled beans and mix.
We put the beans in a clean jar and put it in the refrigerator. Marinated beans will be ready the next morning, but the longer it stays, the more delicious it will be.
