Beans with mushrooms



This vegetarian dish is very easy to prepare. Beans perfectly fill protein deficiency, and mushrooms quickly cause a sense of satiety. To cook beans with mushrooms, you will need:

  • 300 g of fresh mushrooms

  • 400 g of string beans

  • 1 can of red canned beans

  • 1 onion

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • greenery

  • pepper

Mushrooms for cooking this dish can be taken any. If these are forest mushrooms, then they must be boiled first. The string bean should also be boiled, otherwise it will be half-baked.

Fry cooked mushrooms in vegetable oil. When they are almost ready, add the onions, cut into half-rings, and the string beans into the pan. Stew the vegetables until done, this is about 15 minutes.

Baked tomatoes with mushrooms



We suggest you cook baked tomatoes stuffed with mushrooms. For this dish you will need:



  • 100 g fresh mushrooms

  • 4 large tomatoes

  • onion

  • greenery

  • pepper

  • salt

  • vegetable oil

Tomatoes for this dish should be taken the sameby size, fairly solid. Cut them in half across the axis, the flesh should be removed. Put the empty halves on a baking tray, pre-oiled with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour or ground breadcrumbs.

Eggplants stuffed with mushrooms



Another recipe for a vegetarian dish. This time we will stuff eggplant. You will need:



  • 2 eggplants

  • 1-2 Bulgarian pepper

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 150 g fresh mushrooms

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

  • parsley

  • walnuts

  • vegetable oil

  • salt

  • pepper

Prepare eggplant for stuffing: Wash them, cut the tails, and cut each vegetable into two halves. Using a knife or a spoon from each half, you need to remove the flesh. Prepared eggplants oil on the inside with vegetable oil and salt, place them on a baking dish or baking sheet. Bake them for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 230 ° C.

When eggplants are ready, you can add to thethey grated tomatoes, previously peeled. Stew the vegetables for about 4 minutes. Now you can add finely chopped garlic and greens.



In a separate frying pan fry the mushrooms until cooked. When your vegetables are ready, you can add mushrooms to them. Stir well the eggplant stuffing.



Take the baked eggplants from the oven and fill them with the filling. From above you can sprinkle them with crushed walnut kernels. Baked eggplants in the oven for another 10 minutes.
