To prepare 6 servings of paella, you will need: </ strong>
- chicken fillet - 450 g
- pork - 250 g
- onions - 1 pc.
- olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- paprika ground - 2 tablespoons
- red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- rice for paella - 300 g
- chicken broth - 1 l
- saffron - 10 branches
- squids - 4 pcs.
- green beans - 175 g
- green peas - 125 g
- mussels - 12 pieces
- Shrimp shrimp - 12 pieces
- lemon for decoration - 6 slices
Preparation
Prepare the ingredients. Chicken fillet and pork cut into medium-sized pieces, cut onion into rings, crush garlic. Pepper cut in half, peeled of seeds and cut into strips.
Peel the tomatoes and chop finely. Pieces of green beans cut from the edges and cut in half. Mussels washed and cleaned, squid cut into rings.
In a special pan for paella (you can replace the usual frying pan), heat up the olive oil and fry the chicken fillet and pork in it until brown (about 2 min.).
Add onion, garlic, paprika, cook, stirring, over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the red pepper and tomatoes.
Add the rice and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Add the saffron broth diluted in a small amount. Add the remaining broth, stir and bring to a boil.
Add the squid and continue to simmer until the rice is ready. Do not stir.
Add beans and peas. Top the mussels and shrimps, sprinkle with black pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minutes - the mussels will open, and the shrimp will turn pink.
They serve paella directly from the dishes in which she was preparing. Decorate with lemon slices.
