There are so many options for cooking honey baklava. All of them are distinguished by the presence of certain ingredients. Some prefer to cook such baklava, which they could try on the beach while relaxing at sea. But others have more to taste traditional baklava honey with nuts.



Baklava honey: the recipe for cooking



This recipe is used to make baklava, which is sold on the beach. Try and you cook baklava for this recipe. You will need such ingredients:



For the test



  • 3 tbsp. flour

  • 1 tsp. Sahara

  • 1 tbsp. soda water

  • 3 tbsp. l. vodka

  • a pinch of salt

  • butter (for lubricating dough)


For syrup



  • 1 tbsp. Sahara

  • 1 tsp. honey

  • 2/3 tbsp. water


Mix all the ingredients and mix the dough. Divide the dough into small pieces, which should be rolled out with a thickness of 1 mm. Roll the dough into rhombuses. In each diamond, small square holes should be cut out. Fold together three diamonds and grease them with butter so that the dough does not stick together. Torsion the dough so that you get a bow.



To roast the baklava is best in the deep fryer, but you can also use a deep frying pan with a lot of oil.



While baking baklava, prepare the syrup. To do this, dilute the sugar, honey in the water and cook it a little. Ready baklava is dipped in syrup. From the top you can also sprinkle with powdered sugar or ground nuts.



Baklava honey with nuts



We offer you one more variant of honey baklava preparation. This time it is prepared with a nut filling. For the preparation of baklava you will need such products:



For the test



  • 100 g melted butter

  • 300 g of flour

  • 1 egg

  • 10 g of yeast

  • 50 ml of milk


For filling



  • 150 g melted butter

  • 250 g of peeled walnuts

  • 200 g of sugar


For syrup



  • 50 ml of water

  • 150 g of honey


First we prepare the dough for baklava. Sift the flour. Half the flour mixed with yeast diluted in warm milk and mix the dough. Leave it in a warm place to go up. After two hours, add the second half of the flour, melted butter and egg. Put the dough again in a warm place for an hour. The finished dough should be divided into 7-9 parts and very thinly rolled out.



From the nuts, prepare the filling for baklava. Fry the nuts in a frying pan, finely chop and mix with the sugar. Also prepare the syrup: mix the water with the honey and bring it to a boil.



Warm a warm baking tray with butter. Sprinkle the rolling pin with flour and wind up not one layer of dough. In this way, you can transfer the dough to a baking tray, where you spread it so that its edges cover the sides of the baking tray. Layer the dough with butter, sprinkle it with nuts. On top of the filling put another layer of dough, oil it with butter and sprinkle with nuts. So lay out all the layers. Protect the baklava and leave it on the baking sheet for 30 minutes to allow the dough to rise.



At the top, grease the baklava with egg yolk, cut it into rhombi and put it in the oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of baking pour baklava honey syrup.
