Romstek: recipe for cooking
Crisp rump steak will not leave anyone indifferent, because the tasty crust preserves the juiciness of meat. The country of the Soviets will tell you, how to cook a rump steak.
Traditionally, a beef tenderloin is used to prepare a rump steak, from which always cook steak. But the preparation of the rumpsteak differs in some features, thanks to which the meat turns tender and juicy.
Rumsteak made from beef: recipe
To prepare a rump steak by this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- 500 g beef fillet
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp. milk
- 3 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
Meat, from which you will prepare a rump steak,should only take fresh. Frozen meat is not suitable for making such dishes, as it becomes tough. Remove the fresh meat from the films and cut across the fibers into pieces about 2 cm thick.
To make the rump steak soft, the meat pieces should bebeat off a little with a wooden mallet. Pieces of meat should be slightly salt and pepper. Then they are dipped in a mixture of milk and eggs, and then rolled in breadcrumbs. To make the rumpsteak a beautiful shape, give it the appearance of an oval.
Fry the rump steak on vegetable oil ormelted fat. When a crusty crust is cooked on pieces of meat on both sides, they are transferred to a baking tray, where the rump steaks will reach their full capacity. To bring the rump steak to the ready in the oven, it usually lasts 10 minutes, but just in case, you can check the readiness of the meat. To do this, the rump steak should be pierced with a fork: the juice that will separate from the meat should be clear.
Serve the ready-made rump steak with a garnish of potatoes.
