3 day: Breakfast: egg cocktail, apple, tea with lemon. Lunch: 50 gr. cheese, a piece of rye bread, 200 gr. salad dressed with lemon. Dinner: boiled vegetables (300 grams) 1 egg, tea with honey (1 tsp).
