Strawberry-mint syrup
Such syrup will be an excellent base for a refreshing soft drink. To prepare syrup with strawberries, mint and ginger, we will take:
350 g frozen strawberries
4 tbsp. Sahara
2 tbsp. water
2 lemons
1 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. crushed mint leaves
0.5 tbsp. crushed fresh ginger root
With lemons we remove the zest and squeeze out the juice from them. Water poured into a saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until the sugar dissolves. Add the strawberries, mint, ginger, lemon juice and chopped peel. Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring, so as not to burn. Remove the syrup from the fire and add the balsamic vinegar to mix. We give the syrup to stand overnight at room temperature, filter and cool.
