How to make fruit ice
Homemade ice cream is a real salvation in the summerheat. The cold dessert prepared by the hand is tastier than the store dessert, and there can be no doubt about its composition. The easiest way to cook at home fruit ice.






Strawberry fruit ice



Until the strawberry season is over, hurry up to make strawberry fruit ice. It's very simple, but ice cream at the same time turns out to be incredibly tasty. We will need the following ingredients:



  • 500 g strawberries

  • 120 ml of water

  • 120 g of powdered sugar

  • half a lemon


Strawberries are mine, we remove the stems and we rub withhelp blender. The resulting strawberry puree is further wiped through a sieve. In the strawberry mass squeeze juice from half a lemon (only it is important to make sure that it does not have pits).



Water poured into a saucepan, add sugarpowder, mix well and bring to a boil. We boil two minutes on a small fire. Then remove the saucepan from the fire, add the strawberry puree, mix thoroughly and pour into the molds.



When the mass in the molds has cooled, we remove them into the freezer. We give the future ice cream a little frost, insert a wooden stick into each mold and return it to the freezer until it freezes.



To make it easier to get the ready-made fruit ice from the molds, dip them for a couple of seconds into hot water.



Watermelon fruit ice




The fragrant and juicy pulp of watermelon is perfect for making fruit ice. To prepare fruit ice from watermelon, we will need the following products:



  • 4 tbsp. pulp of watermelon pitted, chopped

  • half a cup of sugar

  • half a glass of water

  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice


Water poured into a small saucepan, addsugar and heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the lemon juice, stir again. Watermelon grind in a blender, mix sugar syrup with watermelon puree, mix. We spread out the mixture according to the molds, insert the sticks and freeze them.



Strawberry-orange fruit ice



This version of home-made fruit ice is prepared from strawberries, vanilla yogurt and orange juice. To prepare homemade ice-cream according to this recipe, we will need:



  • natural orange juice - 4 tbsp.

  • fresh or frozen strawberries - 2 tbsp.

  • vanilla yogurt - 1 cup

  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.


If the strawberry is fresh, clean it from the tails andmy. All the ingredients are put in a blender and mixed until homogeneous (if you want to get a dessert with pieces of strawberries, you can not crush too much). Pour into the molds, insert the sticks and put them in the freezer for four hours, or even better - at night.



Fruit ice with yogurt



This apple-blackcurrant fruit ice with yogurt is not only very tasty, it looks beautiful: thanks to a phased freeze, you will get striped ice cream. For its preparation, we take:



  • apple juice - 500 ml

  • blackcurrant juice - 250 ml

  • natural yoghurt - 125 ml


Yogurt put in a large pitcher and graduallyadd apple juice, constantly whipping. We take 12 molds for fruit ice in volume of 80 ml (it is possible to replace with paper cups) and we pour on them half of a fruit mix. We give a little frost.



In the middle of each block we stick a wand forice cream and return it to the refrigerator until the mixture freezes completely. Top with a layer of juice from black currant, again freeze. Finally, top up the remaining apple yogurt and freeze a third time.



Fruit ice with gelatin



In some recipes, fruit ice is prepared with the addition of gelatin. Well, why not try this option. Products we need the following:



  • 400 ml of water

  • 300 g of sugar

  • 250 g of fruit puree

  • 6 g of gelatin

  • lemon juice - to taste


Fill gelatin with 3 tbsp. l. cold water and leave for half an hour. In the remaining water, add sugar and bring to a boil, pour dissolved gelatin, quickly stirring. Boil the syrup for 2-3 minutes, without stopping stirring.



Add the fruit puree, mix again andpercolate through gauze. When the mixture has cooled, add the lemon juice, again mix it well. We pour out the molds and put them into the freezer until it freezes.
