Pear dessert

We offer you a recipe for a great pear dessert, ideal for a party!





Dessert "Pear"




For cooking, you will need:



  • pears - 3 pcs.

  • sugar - 100 g

  • water - 2 tbsp.

  • red wine - 2 tbsp.

  • ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp


Preparation


Pears wash, peel and cut into 4 parts. Cut the heart.


In a separate container mix the sugar and water, bring to a boil and put in syrup prepared pears.


Boil for 15 minutes on a small fire, then add the wine and cinnamon and cook for another 10-15 minutes.


Allow the pears to cool, remove them from the syrup and spread them over the keram.


Syrup again bring to a boil and boil up to half the original volume.


With hot syrup pour the pears and serve the dessert to the coffee table.
