Baked mussels are very tasty and fragrant. Try to prepare this useful and tasty dish and you. You will need such ingredients:



  • 0.5 kg of mussels

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 3 tbsp. l. sour cream

  • 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs

  • 3 tbsp. l. olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise

  • parsley greens


First you should wash the mussel flaps wellbefore further heat treatment. Fresh mussels put in a saucepan, pour cold water and cook over medium heat. The shell will soon open, after which immediately remove the pan from the fire. Remove the open mussels from one leaf.



Grind the pestle with garlic and a couple of twigsparsley. Add sour cream, mayonnaise and olive oil. Pour the breadcrumbs and mix the resulting sauce.   • 2 kg of mussels

  • flour

  • breadcrumbs

  • sunflower oil

  • 1 lemon

  • tomato sauce

Rinse the meat under running water and lay the mussels on a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Dried mussels roll in flour, then in an egg, whipped with a little milk or water, and then in breadcrumbs. Fry the mussels with well-heated sunflower oil. Put ready mussels on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
