Salad with mussels and corn
For salad preparation you will need:
- frozen mussels meat - 300 g
- green peas, canned - 100 g
- canned corn - 100 g
- champignons - 5-7 pieces.
- Butter - 1.5 tbsp.
- sweet red pepper - 1 pc.
- lettuce - 6 pcs.
- leaves of chicory red - 6 pcs.
- olive oil - 100 ml
- garlic - 2 cloves
- juice half a lemon
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- salt, red pepper powder
Preparation
Prepare the marinade. Garlic clean and crush. Beat up olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Frozen mussels drop into boiling salted water, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes. Slightly cool the ready mussels and put them in a container with a marinade. Leave for 1-2 hours.
Fry in cream butter for 3-4 minutes chopped champignons and sweet pepper, cut into strips.
Mix the green peas, corn, mussels, mushrooms and peppers. Pour the salad marinade and season with mayonnaise.
On plates plates put one sheet of lettuce and chicory, with small slides put the resulting salad. Serve to the table.
