Recipes of smoothies

Smoothies (smoothie, from English "Smooth" - smooth) is prepared from berries or fruits (oneor several species). They are mixed in a blender, add crushed ice and, if desired, fruit juice, milk, cream or natural yogurt. Such cocktails are especially popular among vegetarians and adherents of a healthy diet. There are different recipes for smoothies, today we share several of them.
Banana smoothies
To make a banana smoothie with chocolate sauce, we need the following ingredients.
For a cocktail:
3 bananas
350 ml of orange juice
200 ml of natural yoghurt (without fruit additives)
2 tablespoons honey
crushed ice
For sauce:
175 g of 60% chocolate
4 tablespoons water
1 tbsp. light treacle
1 tbsp. butter
First, prepare the sauce. First of all, break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath (for this, the chocolate needs to be put in a bowl or saucepan and put it on a large pot of boiling water). When the chocolate melts, add oil, molasses and water to it and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Now we'll prepare the smoothies. Bananas are cleaned from the skin, cut into slices and kneaded in mashed potatoes with a fork. Pour into the blender yogurt, orange juice and honey, put banana puree and ice, whisk all the ingredients.
The cocktail is poured from the blender into high glasses, pour a little chocolate sauce on top.
Strawberry smoothies
The beginning of summer is the time for strawberries, why not treat yourself to strawberry smoothies? For its preparation we will need:
500 g of fresh strawberries (you can replace 800 g of canned)
2 tbsp. ryazhenka, kefir or natural yoghurt without fruit additives
1 tsp lemon juice
sugar to taste
crushed ice
Fresh strawberries mine and we separate the tails. If you use canned strawberries, you do not need to drain the syrup from it.
Put the strawberries in a blender, pour out the sugar and whisk until smooth. In the resulting puree pour fermented fermented (yogurt, yogurt), lemon juice, ice and whisk until the appearance of foam.
Smoothies are better to drink freshly prepared - after a while it can exfoliate and become not so tasty.</ p>
Orange smoothies
Numerous recipes for smoothies include the recipe for orange smoothies. To prepare smoothies from oranges, we will need:
500 ml low-fat curdled milk
500 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tablespoons Sahara
crushed ice
We pour out curdled milk and orange juice inblender, we also pour out sugar and crushed ice. Beat for two minutes (or more - until we get a homogeneous mass). Ready smoothies are dispensed on pre-cooled glasses and served to the table immediately after preparation.
