Raspberry jelly
This recipe is very simple, since you can take any other jam to make this dish. Marmalade is usually served with hot chocolate or chocolate sweets.





Raspberry marmalade at home


To prepare 64 pieces of marmalade you will need:


  • sugar - 150 g

  • jam crimson (or any other) - 300 g

  • water 120 ml

  • gelatin - 7 g

  • citric acid - 0.25 teaspoons

  • food color (red or another for another jam) - 3-5 drops

  • powdered sugar for decoration - 90 g


Preparation



  1. Thoroughly grease the mold with oil.

  2. Mix sugar, jam, water, gelatin and citric acid in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly. After 2 minutes add the dye.


  3. The resulting mass is poured into the mold and cooled in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

  4. When the mass is solidified, it is necessary to carefully separate the mass from the edges of the mold with a spatula and lay it on a sheet of parchment sprinkled with powdered sugar.

  5. Cut the marmalade into squares 2,5x2, 5 cm and sprinkle sugar powder on top.


  6. Marmalade wrapped in food film and store it in the refrigerator.
