CakeBake cupcakes very simple: prepare, mix, bake - serve! Small keksiki, solid muffins or a large cupcake for the whole family - choose to taste. Cupcakes can be sweet or unsweetened, with poppy seeds, raisins and other additives just to your liking. You can also decorate a cupcake in different ways: for example sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour on chocolate icing.





Ingredients:



  • egg - 4-5 pieces

  • sugar - 2 cups (just not full)

  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet

  • margarine for lavish pastry - 250 g

  • lemon - 1/2

  • raisins - 100-150 g

  • baking powder - 1 sachet

  • flour - 3 cups

  • powdered sugar - for decoration


Preparation:



  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add margarine and shake again. In the resulting mass squeeze out the juice of half a lemon and add the raisins (pre-washed and dried).

  2. Sift flour together with baking powder and mix.

  3. Combine the flour with the rest of the ingredients and pour into a greased margarine.

  4. Bake in oven, heated to 180-200about, 35-40 minutes.

  5. Let cool in a uniform and put on a dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
