    Preparation



    1. Lubricate the form with butter.

    2. In a small saucepan, heat the cream. Half of the warmed cream is mixed with sugar and syrup in a large saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. To prevent the crystallization of sugar, a brush, washed in cold water, should be scraped off the edges of the pan.

    3. The rest of the cream is slowly added and stirred for approximately five minutes.

    4. Gradually add butter, 1 teaspoon. Reduce the heat when the temperature of the mixture reaches 110 ° C.

    5. Remove the pan from the heat after a few minutes and leave it for 10 minutes.

    6. In the mixture add vanillin, almonds, salt, mix thoroughly and pour into a mold.

    7. Hardened mass is cut into small squares and served to the table.
