A simple recipe: festive chocolate muffins with ganash

Ingredients
Dark chocolate - 180 g
Butter 82.5% - 120 g
Eggs - 4 pieces
Sugar - 200 g
Cocoa - 75 g
Flour - 75 g
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
For ganache
White chocolate - 120 g
Cream 33% - 180 g
Butter 82.5% - 50 - 60 g
Marshmallow for decoration
Cooking method
Melt butter and dark chocolate melt in a sauté pan over low heat
Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until the foam appears.
Carefully combine the egg mixture with chocolate, add sifted flour and cocoa, baking powder
Gently knead the dough with a spatula, keeping the air texture
Prepare paper or metal forms forand fill them with a two-thirds test (the most convenient way to do this is with a confectionery bag). Bake in an oven, heated to 170 degrees - until cooked
For ganache: pour the white chocolate with cream and melt in a water bath or in a saucepan over a small fire
Add butter to the chocolate mass and wellto stir. Ganache put into the refrigerator for several hours, before application to cupcakes warmed to room temperature: weight gain so desired consistency
