Red wine in small quantities is not consideredonly not harmful, but even, on the contrary, useful for human health. Wine stimulates appetite - it is served to the table as an aperitif. Wine raises blood pressure, and it can be drunk little by little to people suffering from hypotension. Probably the most famous drink based on wine is mulled wine. A warmed mixture of wine, honey and spices is an excellent warming drink in the cold winter evenings. Prepare mulled wine and you!

Fruit mulled wine with cognac


  • wine 0,5 l

  • cognac - 40 ml

  • raisins - 80 g

  • sugar - 100 g

  • cloves - 10 pcs.

  • fruit anise stellate - 4 pcs.

  • cinnamon - 1 tsp

  • lemon - 1 pc.

  • apple - 0.5 pcs.


Lemon and apple cut into slices. Wine and cognac mix, add sugar, cinnamon, cloves, raisins, lemon, apple and anise. Heat the mixture.

Mulled wine should be allowed to steep for 5 minutes and served hot.

Fruit mulled wine "Apple"


  • apple juice - 120 ml

  • red wine - 50 ml

  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

  • cloves - 2 pcs.

  • refined sugar - 1 pc.

  • vanilla on the tip of the knife.


Mix apple juice, red wine and lemon juice. Warm up the mixture, but do not boil. Add spices (cinnamon, cloves and vanilla), sugar and stir. Ready mulled wine before serving strain. A mug for mulled wine is pre-heated.

Fruit mulled wine with canned fruit


  • white wine - 1 bottle

  • apple - 1 pc.

  • pear - 1 pc.

  • canned pineapple - 100 g

  • canned apricots - 100 g

  • sugar - 150 g

  • any spices that you will like.


Wine pour into the saucepan. Add sugar and spices, put the saucepan on a slow fire. Cook for about 5-10 minutes, while the boil can not be brought. Turn off the heat, cover the stewpan with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then strain.

Apple and pear clean. Pear, apple, apricots and pineapples cut into cubes. Arrange the fruit in glasses and pour warm mulled wine.
