Risotto - a classic dish of Italian cuisine. Preparing the risotto from a specially designed rice and strong meat broth. Risotto is prepared with meat, seafood, vegetables. We offer you a classic recipe of Italian risotto.
For cooking you will need (for 4 servings):
- 1.2 liters of quality chicken broth (you can meat or fish)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 150 ml of good quality white wine
- 400 g rice risotto
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Fry the onions with butter in a well-heated deep frying pan or pan until soft.
Add rice to the container and mix well to allow oil to cover each grain. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add wine, stir a couple of times and cook for 1-2 minutes, so that the wine is absorbed.
Holding the saucepan over medium heat, add a littlebroth, stirring gently until all the broth is absorbed. Continue adding broth, stirring. Before pouring more, make sure that the broth is absorbed. It will take about 20 min.
To taste the risotto it was important that the broth be hot when you add it to the rice. Therefore, keep it on a small fire next to the risotto pan.
When the rice is ready, remove the saucepan from the heat and stirring, add cream and cheese.
Allow to stand for a couple of minutes and serve immediately in warmed dishes.
