To prepare this dish, take:

Rice is washed in cold water, pour cold water in a proportion of 1: 2 (2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice), cover with a lid and simmer in the oven until soft. Do not mix rice, but cover as little as possible.

We pour a little hot water into the pan, cover it with a lid and simmer until the meat becomes soft. During the quenching, stir the meat and add hot water as the liquid evaporates.
