Spaghetti with smoked meat

Spaghetti with smoked meat
To prepare 4 servings of spaghetti you will need:
- 500 g of spaghetti,
- salt,
- 450 grams of red onions,
- 1 table, a spoonful of olive oil,
- pepper,
- 2 table, spoons of sherry,
- 200 g of Adyghe cheese.
- 35 g of grated hard cheese,
- 250 ml of vegetable broth from a cube,
- 4 slices of smoked meat,
- basil for decoration
Preparation
- Boil spaghetti in salted water Cut the onion into thin slices.
- Olive oil is heated in a saucepan and put out onion in it. Salt and pepper, pour in sherry and simmer under the lid for about 8 minutes on low heat.
- Add both varieties of cheese and stir to make the cheese melt. Slowly pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, salt and pepper.
- Discard the spaghetti in a colander and allow the water to flow well. Spread on plates, pour sauce. Garnish with rolled meat slices and basil.
