Simple recipe for apple cake with cinnamon

Ingredients:
Flour 300 g
Butter - 250 g
Two yolks
Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
Apples - 4 - 5 pcs.
Cinnamon, vanilla, lemon peel - 1 tbsp. l.
Apricot jam (jam) - 4 tbsp. l.
Water
A chopped short dough is used for the base. Rub the iced oil on a grater and combine it with flour. Quickly knead the mixture until fine crumbs appear. To prevent the oil from melting, periodically dip your hands into cool water
Enter into the mixture yolks, 2 tbsp. l. sugar and vanilla extract (optional). Stir again to a state of elastic, dense mass. Form the ball, wrap the food film and place in the refrigerator for half an hour
Connect 2 tbsp. l. sugar, vanilla seeds and three finely chopped and peeled apples in a sauté pan. Apples should be soft and sweet. Add cinnamon and a little water
Place the sauté pan over medium heat and cookabout half an hour. Add lemon peel and keep on fire until ready: apples should become soft and translucent, and excess moisture - evaporate. Remove the sauce and allow it to cool
Two juicy and harder apples peel and slice thin slices. Sprinkle them with lemon juice - it will prevent the darkening of the pulp
Roll the dough into a thin workpiece. Lay out in the prepared form, form the sides and cut the excess of the dough. Fill the fruit filling with a fruit filling and smooth the surface. Top the slices of apples overlapping layers and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for half an hour in an oven heated to 200 degrees
Apricot jam combine with water in a ratio of 2: 1 and bring to a boil. Finish the cake with the resulting glaze
