Step-by-step instruction:




  1. We take unripe (greenish) and elastic gooseberry. I cleanse my berries from the tails. Each berry pierce, so that when cooking it remains whole and does not burst.


  2. My cherry leaves, put them in a saucepan and pour water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove the leaves.

  5. Pour the syrup into a saucepan, add the second part of the sugar and cook until done. Fill this syrup with berries again and insist 6 hours.


  6. After 6 hours, put the jam on the fire and bring to a boil over low heat. Remove from the plate and let it cool completely (about 5 hours).


  7. Again, put the pan with jam on the fire,bring to a boil over low heat, and cook until transparent consistency. At the same time we remove the foam, stir slowly and carefully, so as not to damage the integrity of the berries.
