Jam made of zucchini
To prepare the jam, you will need:
- zucchini squash - 1kg
- sugar - 1 kg
- lemon - 1 pc.
Preparation
Wash and clean zucchini squash. Cut the middle of the zucchini with seeds and cut the marrows in small cubes 3-4 mm thick.
Cover the chopped zucchini with sugar and leave until zucchini is not allowed to juice.
Then cook the squash for 20 minutes, then add the finely chopped lemons to the jam.
Cook the jam for another 20 minutes.
In sterilized jars, pour the jam, roll up and wrap.
When the jars with the jam completely cool, put it in a cool dark place for storage.
