Butter - 100 grams
white flour of superior quality - 1 glass or 200 grams
refined vegetable oil
salt, pepper - to taste.
Ways and tips for cooking chicken cutlets
First, use the little advice described above: take 100 grams of butter and put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
Then you need to pour the crumb of the loaf with warm water, so that it is wet and slightly swollen.
Now you can start the main ingredient of delicious cutlets - chicken breasts.
They need to cut into small pieces and grind through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. As it will be convenient for you!
Tip: if you, like many housewives, tend to cry when shredding onions, then it's worth changing it at last. Take the head of the onion and drop it for 1 minute into boiling water.
