Here are some recipes for meat with pineapple, which will decorate your festive table.
Meat with pineapple baked in the oven
Necessary ingredients:
meat (pork, beef, chicken) - 500 g
cheese - 400 g
canned pineapples - 1bank
onion - 3 pcs.
mayonnaise
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper and other spices to choose from
Cooking method:
Rinse the meat, cut into small pieces and beat off.
Add salt, pepper, vegetable oil and lemon juice.
We put it in a saucepan, cover it with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. Chicken and pork marinated for 2 hours, and it is better to put beef at night.

Cut the onions into rings and put them on a baking tray.
We put the meat on the onion and water it with mayonnaise.
We cut pineapples into small pieces.
We put pineapples on top, pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Fried meat with pineapple sauce
Necessary ingredients:
Meat (pork) - 250 g
Carrots - 1 pc
Onions - half-heads
Pineapples canned - 60 g
Tomato paste or ketchup -2 tbsp. l.
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce -2 tbsp. l.
Starch - 4 tbsp. l.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Ginger root - half teaspoon
Vegetable oil
Salt
Cooking method:
The meat is cut into pieces of medium size.
We prepare the breading: three tablespoons of starch are mixed with four tablespoons of water and add a teaspoon of salt.
We put the meat in a bread pan, dipped on all sides and fry.
Cut the vegetables, carrots, onions and garlic finely and fry them in oil.
Cut the finely pineapple, add it to the vegetables.
We prepare the sauce: mix 1st. l. starch with half a glass of water, then add grated ginger, soy sauce, tomato paste, sesame oil and pineapple juice.
Pour the resulting mixture into the pan.
Spread the meat and our pineapple - vegetable mixture and bring to a boil.
If relatives come to you, and you do not want to cook something grand, there is an option to quickly run to the nearest supermarket and make a delicious and original dish from chicken thighs.
Chicken fillet, baked with pineapple and cheese
Necessary ingredients:
Chicken thighs - 6-10 pieces (depending on the number of people)
Mayonnaise
Mixture of spices for chicken
Cheese - 250-300 g
pineapples canned - 10 pcs.
vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Remove the bone from the hips and cut the fillets in half.
Sprinkle with salt, spices, cover with mayonnaise and put in the refrigerator for one hour.
Three on a small grater cheese.
