  • minced meat ground meat - 1 kg


  • onion - 3 pcs.


  • one egg


  • milk - 1 tbsp


  • white loaf - 150 g


  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:




  1. Scroll the bulb through the meat grinder and mixwith minced meat. Add the egg, salt and pepper. You can also sprinkle with your favorite spices. Well-suited hops-suneli, basil, dry garlic. Thoroughly mix everything.


  2. Fill the crumb of the loaf with milk and allow to stand for a while.


  3. Squeeze the bread from the milk, put it to the bulk and mix.


  4. Do not put too much oil on the pan.(about 2-3 tablespoons) and warm well. Type in a tablespoon of minced meat, and then roll your hands into the ball and flatten. So that it does not stick, wet your hands in cold water.


  5. Spread on a hot frying pan and fry until a ruddy crust forms. For one side, about 3-4 minutes of roasting is enough.
