Preparation



Cut cabbage from the top leaves, wash thoroughly. Cut cabbage into small pieces.



Carrots and onion peel, wash, cut into small pieces.



Prepared cabbage, carrots, onions to pass through a meat grinder. The resulting vegetable mass should be well wrung out.



In the pressed mass, add eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Add semolina and mix thoroughly.
