Recipe number 1. Chicken cutlets with mushrooms

Necessary ingredients:




  • fillets - 500 g


  • mushrooms - 250 g


  • onions - 1 pc


  • rolls - 150 g


  • egg - 1 piece


  • milk - 50 g


  • vegetable oil


  • salt and pepper.



Cooking method:




  1. Wash the fillets and dry them with a paper towel;


  2. Meat grind through a meat grinder or grind in a blender;


  3. onions cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown;


  4. mushrooms cut into small pieces, add to onions and fry;


  5. roll the bread and pour warm milk to swell;


  6. in a large bowl (so that it is convenient to mixminced meat) combine all the ingredients: chicken fillet, mushrooms with onions, a wet loaf (squeeze out excess milk), egg, salt, pepper and other spices to taste - and mix well until smooth;


  7. in a frying pan add the oil and warm it up;


  8. we form balls of minced meat (you can lightly moisten your hands with water so that meat does not stick to your hands) and fry from both sides on a small fire;


  9. put it all in a pan, and chicken patties in the oven for 15 minutes.



Chicken meat is very delicate, so the cutlets are very quickly prepared, and your relatives will not have to wait long to eat such a great dish.

Recipe number 2. Chicken meatballs



Children are just crazy about these "little chicken balls". Meatballs from chicken can be served as a separate dish, as well as cooking soup with them - it turns out just "fingers lick."



Necessary ingredients:




  • fillets - 300 g


  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l.


  • egg - 1 piece


  • onion - 2 pieces


  • carrots - 1 pc


  • cream - 100 g


  • vegetable oil


  • salt to taste.



Cooking method:




  1. fillet through a meat grinder;


  2. 1 onion three on a fine grater;


  3. we connect all products: forcemeat, onion, egg, mayonnaise, salt - and mix;


  4. form small meatballs and lightly fry;


  5. cut the onions into cubes, and carrot three on a large grater and fry in a separate frying pan, at the end we add cream;


  6. We take the pan and add it in layers, alternating the meatballs with the roast;


  7. close the lid and stew for 15-20 minutes;


  8. a ready dish to decorate with greens.



As already mentioned, you can cook with meatballssoup, only then they should not be fried, but must immediately add to the boiling broth. It is very convenient to freeze them, then at any time you can cook something in a hurry.

Recipe number 3. Chicken Cutlet with Pumpkin



At first glance, it seems strange: the pumpkin and cutlets are generally incompatible, but in fact the pumpkin gives juiciness. Try and see for yourself.



Necessary ingredients:




  • chicken meat - 600 g


  • pumpkin - 200 g


  • onion - 1 pc.


  • cheese - 150 g


  • breadcrumbs


  • sunflower oil


  • Salt and spices - to taste.



Cooking method:




  1. Chop chicken meat;


  2. pumpkin and onion grate on a fine grater;


  3. cheese grate on a large grater;


  4. mix all the ingredients, add salt and spices;


  5. we form cutlets, dip them on both sides in breadcrumbs and fry in a heated frying pan over a small fire until ready.
