This dish is prepared relatively easily, it turns out very juicy and appetizing and is quite suitable for a festive table.
Baked mutton leg with herbs
Necessary ingredients:
Leg of lamb
Garlic - 10 denticles
Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.
Salt sea
Rosemary
Black pepper, spices
White wine
Potatoes
Cooking method:
Grind seasonings. It may be dry mixtures of "Provencal herbs" or "hops - Suneli".
Finely chop garlic, grind fresh rosemary, add to herbs, mix with olive oil.
We rub the leg with a mixture of seasonings, sprinkle with sea salt.
We wrap the lamb in foil and put it in the fridge for the night to marinate.
We take the meat from the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature.
We put it on the grate and put it in a preheated oven. We bake at a temperature of 230 degrees.
We place a pan under the grate and pour a little water and white wine into it.
After 10 minutes, turn the meat over, then, when it's 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.
We cook potatoes.
We spread the potatoes on a baking tray, salt,sprinkle with spices and rosemary. At the same time, the fat from the sheep leg drains from the grate onto the baking tray, where the potatoes lie, soak it and give it a delicious taste.
Time for baking mutton about an hour and a half.
We take the leg out of the oven and let it stand for about 15 minutes.

Cooking method:
Cook the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.

We make the sheep eyes of raisins, paws and the eye of dried apricots, a squirrel of proteins.
We put a sprig of dill or parsley in the form of grass under the legs of a sheep.
