Recipes for cooking trout
Recently, trout has become very populardue to its availability in all stores and markets. But even relatively recently, some thirty years ago it was very difficult to get at least for a festive table. And it's wonderful, because trout dishes are very tasty, nutritious and healthy. You can only spoil them in one way: for too long to cook. If you keep it longer than half an hour, it will not be as tender and juicy as it should be. We will give you several recipes, and you will get the opportunity to try.
Baked in foil
Ingredients
trout - 200 g
lemon - 1 pc.
olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.
a little greens, fennel, parsley or both
salt pepper
So, all in order:
Take a roll of foil and cut off a piece that fits your steak's size, fold it twice.
On it, put the fish and sprinkle it with salt, pepper and herbs. Then pour olive oil and hands carefully wipe seasonings.
The lemon should be cut into pieces and placed on top of the seasoned trout.
The package is sealed and shipped in a preheated oven for twenty minutes.
As a side dish, a potato, mushrooms, vegetables on a grill or a couple, as well as rice, will suit the dish.
With cream
Ingredients:
fish steaks (you can take an arbitrary amount)
cream - 200 ml
lime - 1 pc.
dill
potatoes - 4 pcs.
salt to taste
Instruction:
With halves of lime squeeze out the juice, and the rest of the cut into thin circles and spread on a baking tray.
Trout put in halves of lime, sprinkle it with lime and salt. Then we fill it with cream so that it is covered exactly half.
Cooking in a preheated oven for half an hour.
In the meantime, let's take a side dish. Potatoes should be washed, brushed and cut into large slices or slices.
Fry potatoes on high heat for five minutes, and then under the lid we bring to the finish ten more.
We take out the dish, serve on a plate with potatoes, and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Grilled
Grilled frying pan has long been liked by manymistresses. The meat on it turns juicy, and the crust does not burn. In addition, on the finished dish clearly appear beautiful longitudinal strips. We'll tell you how to cook steaks on a grill.
Ingredients:
a fish
garlic - 2-3 cloves
olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
juice of one lemon
Procedure:
Garlic is passed through a press or rubbed on a fine grater. Mix it with olive oil, soy sauce and lemon.
The resulting mixture is poured into trout and sent to marinate in the refrigerator for two hours.
After that, it can be fried in a grill panor on a special grate in the oven (if you have one). The advantage of such dishes is that cooking does not take much time, only ten minutes. If the steaks are particularly thick, you can hold them five more.
Advantages of grilling is also that it practically does not involve the use of vegetable oil, and the products retain all their useful substances.
In a double boiler
Another simple recipe for cooking, which, however, does not affect its taste and only emphasizes the exquisite taste.
Ingredients:
trout (chunks) - 1 pc.
sour cream - 1 glass (you can choose the fat content that you prefer)
onions - 1 small piece
Salt, pepper and other spices to taste
Procedure:
Onion finely chopped and mixed with sour cream. The fish should be rubbed with selected spices, put the steamers on the grate with a mixture based on sour cream.
Turn on the steam cooker and cook twenty, a maximum of thirty minutes.
If you do not have a special device for steaming, you can do this by placing a colander on a pot of boiling water and covering it with a lid.
