Rational nutrition: distribution of proteins, fats and carbohydrates
Every person who seeks to leada healthy way of life, it is known that, first of all, it is necessary to start with a correct and balanced diet. However, a completely natural question arises: what kind of rational nutrition is it? The golden formula of healthy and proper nutrition lies in the distribution of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, but how can they be properly distributed?
Carbohydrates
Most carbohydrates should be consumed inthe first half of the day. This is due to the fact that carbohydrates are a source of energy. Without carbohydrates it's hard to spend a day energetically and fully. However, carbohydrates have their own specifics: they can go to us both for good, and for harm. All unused carbohydrates are stored happily and peacefully in the form of fat. For this reason, if we eat them in the first half of the day, we will have all chances to use them during the day. It is clear what will happen to us if we use them in the afternoon, especially in the evening. Where do they go? After all, they will not go to the blood, there the insulin hormone is on guard of order, then there remains one unavoidable option - in fat! Just do not because of this, to exclude carbohydrates from your diet. It's just worthwhile to distribute their use during the day. Kasha, cereals, pasta, bread, fruit eat in the morning and a little less for dinner, just a little for a mid-morning snack and in no case for dinner!
Fats
Fats are also an excellent source of energy. For this reason, an excellent variant of the distribution of these two energy sources will be their reception separately. If we eat carbohydrates, then less fat, and vice versa. In the morning, fat should be less, but in the evening more. However, the less fat there is, the better. For normal operation, 40-60 gr is enough.
Proteins
On the one hand, proteins can bemeals in equal quantities, on the other hand, the proteins themselves require much more energy than fat and carbohydrates. It is necessary to understand that by the evening the metabolic rate drops, so energy costs decrease. The conclusion is this: the intake of protein in the evening keeps the metabolic rate at a higher level. Protein is also a building material in our body. After physical exertion, the need for it increases. Small portions of protein are useful immediately after physical exertion.
Good luck with the distribution of these valuable substances!
