in the aroma lamp: 3-5 k. to 15 square meters. m of the room;
in the aroma: 2-3 k.
for aroma flavors: 2-5 k. on the emulsifier (cream, salt, honey, etc.);
for hot inhalation: 1-2 k. for 1-2 liters of hot water;
for oil compress, total massage, rubbing: 3-5 k. per 10 ml of base vegetable oil;
for dressings: 4-5 k. for 5 ml of base vegetable oil;
for water rinses: 3-5 to 200 ml of warm water;
for oil rinses: 3-5 to 5 ml of base vegetable oil;
for instillation: 1-2 k. for 5 ml of base vegetable oil;
to enrich the cosmetics: 2-3 k. on 15 g of cosmetic.
In aromatherapy Vanilla oil is often used in combination with other essential oils. It is perfectly combined with floral,citrus and coniferous oils. These include, in particular, oils of orange, vetiver, cloves, ylang-ylang, coriander, cinnamon, incense, lime, mandarin, neroli, sandal, rose.
It is important to remember that vanilla essential oil has a number of contraindications. Like many other essential oils, itcontraindicated for children and pregnant women. Also it is worth remembering that vanilla oil is a photosensitizer, so after its application, you should avoid direct sunlight on the skin.
