Pineapple diet

Pineapple diet: a menu for five days
First breakfast the same for all days of pineapple diet. You need to clean the fresh pineapple, mash it with a blender or a mixer and add to the resulting puree 100 g of low-fat natural yogurt without additives and two teaspoons of oatmeal. Lunch consists of a steep egg and a sandwich (a slice of rye bread + a thin layer of butter + a slice of salmon).
First day
Dinner: rice with curry.

Fourth day
Dinner: white chicken meat, roasted on a grill, andsalad. To make a salad, cut into cubes 100 g of pineapple pulp and three orange slices, stir, add 2 tablespoons. green peas, salt, pepper red pepper and fill 2 tablespoons. light mayonnaise.
Dinner: vegetable soup with celery, 100 g of pineapple.
Fifth day
Dinner: 100-150 g of puff pastry with any filling.
Dinner: 2 tablespoons boiled brown rice, mixed with chopped pineapple flesh.
Pineapple diet will not help you "reset 20kilograms for three days. " Weight loss will be more modest, but pineapple diet has a good effect on digestion, helps to cleanse the intestines. As pineapple dulls the feeling of hunger, this diet is easily tolerated.
But there is a pineapple diet and their minuses.
