Yogurt diet
New Year's holidays are over, and now somehowit is necessary to smooth out the consequences of New Year's feasts and get rid of extra pounds. If you have nowhere to rush, it is better to give preference to mild balanced diets. One of them - yoghurt diet.
If you do not need to lose weight strongly andabruptly (for example, to get into a favorite dress for a girlfriend's wedding), then a hard hunger diet will do you more harm than good. Moreover, after rapid weight loss, weight can return as quickly. Soft, balanced diets (such as a yogurt diet) contain all the necessary nutrients. They are usually designed for a longer period of time, but they are easier to observe, and the result of such diets is more resistant.
It's easy to guess that a yogurt dietbased on yogurt. This product is almost ideal for losing weight. It is a dietary and healthy product, which, nevertheless, contains all the substances necessary for the body - proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Especially important is the presence of proteins, which are poor in many other diets. The main sources of proteins are meat,sour-milk products (including yogurt) and legumes. A yogurt diet is not only based on protein-rich yogurt, it also allows the use of cooked meat - turkey meat, rabbit meat, chicken or lean beef. It is allowed to eat up to 100 grams of meat for lunch.
But the main diet is still yogurt - the source of the necessary amount of fats and proteins. Yogurt diet suggests daily consumption of yoghurt with fat content no more than 1,2% (this condition is not mandatory, but very desirable). You can eat both "pure" natural yogurt, and yogurt with fruit and berry additives. The total volume of yogurt should not exceed 250 ml per day.
Supplement the diet can be low-fat cooked meat, light vegetable salads and fruits. In the day you can eat no more than 400 grams of fresh fruit, and you can not eat all the fruits. Under the ban fruit and berries, in which there are many high-calorie carbohydrates - grapes, melon, watermelon, etc. It is best to eat citrus and green apples. You can make a fruit salad, refueling it again with yogurt.
Separately it is necessary to mention about drinks. Yogurt diet requires the use of at least 2 liters of liquid daily, and half of it should fall on juices, so that the body receives the necessary trace elements and vitamins. From the juice you can drink cherry, orange,grapefruit, pomegranate and uncoloured apple. Apple juice normalizes digestion due to fiber and pectin. Pomegranate juice in glass bottles is diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 2 and drink half a glass after meals to prevent anemia. You can also drink unsweetened tea and mineral water.
The main problem for many women sitting ondiet is the desire to eat before bedtime. The feeling of hunger is so strong that you can hardly resist the evening raid on the refrigerator. Yogurt diet does not deprive you of supper and allows you to eat in the evening - albeit with some reservations. The last meal should take place no later than 3.5 hours before bedtime. That is, if you go to bed at 11, thendinner can be at half past seven. And ideally, you need supper until half past seven in the evening - in this case you can eat meat not for lunch, but for dinner. As a side dish, a salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes is served without refueling.
Yogurt diet is balanced enough and should not cause an insurmountable feeling of hunger. However, it takes more than 10 days to sit on it -for a soft dietary diet, weight loss is significant enough (up to 4 kg). So yogurt diet is an ideal option if you want to lose weight relatively quickly, but do not want to exhaust your body with a hunger strike.
