Cleansing diet is especially useful after holidays, when the body is overloaded with a fatty unhealthyfood. It will help the body cope with the consequences of abundant feasts. But even if you are moderate in eating, a cleansing diet every few months will definitely not hurt you.

Two-day cleansing diet



This cleansing diet is good because it canto sit on the weekends. You do not have to break the usual life schedule, and your performance will not suffer. The two-day cleansing diet is based on vegetables and fruits and suggests such a menu:



The first day (sweet)



  • Breakfast: fruit salad (citrus + pineapple + apples + grapes).

  • Lunch: half a small melon, filled with fruit salad (citrus + fresh figs / kiwi / grapes).

  • Dinner: the same fruit salad as for the second breakfast (you can vary it with other ingredients).

  • Before bedtime: banana and a cup of chamomile infusion.


The second day (vegetable)



  • Breakfast: carrot or other vegetable juice with salt, black pepper and a celery stick; 4 large tomatoes, baked on the grill, with salt, pepper and basil.

  • Lunch: vegetable salad (lettuce + cucumber + tomato + radish + green onion + celery + green beans + sweet pepper), seasoned with lemon juice or aromatic vinegar with salt and pepper.

  • Dinner: broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, spinach or cabbage, steamed, with salt and pepper.


During the whole diet, you can drink onlymineral water or herbal tea (on the second day - also vegetable juices), and as much as possible. You can also take vitamin C, it will help to remove alcohol from the body.



Strict cleansing diet




This diet lasts for a week and consists of three stages. It allows you to cleanse the body of toxins and excess fluid, normalize digestion and even lose a few pounds.



The first stage (three days)



The basis of the diet at this stage - vegetable salad (not more than 1.5 kg per day). Vegetable fiber cleanses the intestines, removes toxins and cholesterol from the body. Such a diet does not cause a feeling of hunger, but it is monotonous, so it quickly becomes boring.



Salad is made from red cabbage and cabbage, boiled beets, raw carrots and onions. Vegetables are finely chopped and shredded, seasoned with lemon juice and vegetable oil.



The second stage (three days)



The diet of this stage (protein) basically consists of protein products and a small amount of carbohydrates. Such a menu is distinguished by a reduced total calorie content.



  • Breakfast: two boiled eggs and an apple.

  • Lunch: 200 grams of fish (steamed or boiled).

  • Dinner: Boiled rice (1 glass), dressed with a teaspoon of vegetable oil.

  • Snack: a glass of milk (low-fat).

  • Dinner: low-fat cottage cheese (1 packet).


The protein diet requires the use of a large amount of water, as well as additional intake of vitamin C, because in this diet it is not enough.



The third stage (one day)



This day unloading, so the diet consists of 1.5 liters of low-fat kefir, which does not contain sweeteners and additives.



Cleansing diet based on "Live Beverage"



This cleansing diet lasts nine days and is based on the consumption of vegetables and fruits. But before each meal, you need to use the so-called "a lively drink". For its preparation you will need:



  • celery - 2 stems

  • carrots - 5 pcs. (with a stem)

  • parsley - 1 beam

  • leafy greens - 0.5 liters

  • water - 1 liter


All ingredients are crushed thoroughly and eitherPass through the juicer and connect with water, or cooked. When cooking a live drink, carrots and celery are first cooked, and after 10 minutes green is added, and the drink is cooked for another 10 minutes. The ready "live drink" is filtered through gauze.



This cleansing diet implies Three meals a day with such a daily diet:



  • grapefruit - 1,5 pcs.

  • lemon - 1,5 pcs.

  • orange - 5 pcs.

  • boiled vegetable with juice - 1 pc. (the amount of juice is not limited)

  • raw vegetable salad - 1 serving

  • fresh orange juice - 1 glass

  • "live drink" - 1 glass before each meal



Orange juice is drunk before going to bed, it needs to add 0.5-1 spoonful of a diuretic - an Alexandrian leaf.



The cleansing diet requires a gradual exit. Immediately after the end of the diet, you can not attack harmful products. Before you sit down on a cleansing diet, it is better to consult a doctor.
