For 1.5 liters of water, take 500 g of white cabbagecabbage, 170 g ground celery, 170 g carrots, 150 grams of onions and green onions, 300 grams of cauliflower and 300 grams of tomatoes. You can also add a clove of garlic. All vegetables should be cut into cubes and cooked for 10 minutes. By the way, the soup recipe can be changed a little. The first day: with the soup is allowed to eat any fruit. Bananas are prohibited.



Second day: add to the diet any vegetables, except corn and legumes. For dinner or dinner, you can eat baked potatoes with butter. But there is no fruit.
