Weekly kefir diet will allow you to lose about 5 kg. All dishes for it should be prepared without the addition of salt and sugar.



On the first day you can drink 1.5 liters of kefir and eat 5 boiled potatoes.

The second day: 1.5 liters of kefir and 100 g of boiled chicken meat.

The fourth day: 1.5 liters of kefir and 100 g of boiled lean fish.

This method of losing weight has several important rules: eating 6 times a day in a strictly definedtime; daily cleansing of the intestines with laxatives; 50gr of infusion from St. John's wort, chamomile and calendula before each use of products; in the morning drink a cup of black coffee without sugar; per day - no more than 0.5 liters of boiled water.

The diet menu:

Day 3: 400gr of fruit (any, except bananas and grapes) and 500 grams of 1% kefir.

Day 4: 400 grams of boiled chicken breasts without salt and 500 grams of 1% kefir.

Day 5: 400 grams of fruit and 500 grams of 1% kefir.

Day 6: 1.5 liters of mineral water without gas.

Day 7: 400 grams of fruit and 500 grams of 1% kefir.



Another variant of kefir diet designed for three days. Every day you need to drink from 1 to 1.5 liters of fresh kefir without sugar, dividing it into five or six meals at regular intervals. You can not eat anything, but you can lose 3-4 kg.
