What to put on the table on New Year's Eve

But no holiday will not do without the traditional trouble: many mistresses already in a few weeks begin to think about what to treat friends and family. To facilitate the task, we offer several recipes that will decorate your festive table:
Chicken Ticca (recipe from the book "Swiss Cuisine")
Thanks to gentle spicy marinade and lightThe texture of chicken breasts has become one of the most popular dishes of Indian restaurants. The ideal side dish to it is saffron rice (for preparation it is necessary to soak in advance 5 yarns of saffron together with rice).
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
3/4 cups of natural yogurt without additives
2 teaspoons of sunflower oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice or lime juice
4 tablespoons of natural tomato paste

2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon chopped garlic

Cooking method:
With a sharp knife, make several deep incisions on the fleshy side of each chicken breast. Put the bird in a mold for baking bones down.
Whip yoghurt, sunflower in a deep bowlbutter, lemon juice, tomato paste, mild powder, salt, chili, paprika, garlic, ginger, turmeric and curry leaves. Evenly lubricate the chicken with a yoghurt mixture. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.
Place chicken and marinade on a baking sheet and bake until ready (about 25 minutes).
Salmon in cream and potatoes with greens under cheese (the recipe from the book "Multivarka: prepare two dishes at once")

Ingredients:
Salmon - 700 g
Cream - 150 ml
Spices to taste
Salt
Potatoes - 6-7 pieces.
Cheese - 200 g
Basil (can be replaced with another herb) - 1 bundle
Cooking method:
Salmon cut into pieces, salt, sprinkle with spices.
Put the cooked pieces of fish in a bowl of multivarquet and fill with cream.
Cut potatoes in large strips, salt.
Basil or other herbs slice and mix with potatoes.
Put the potatoes with herbs in a container-steamer. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Turn on the multivark in the BAKERY mode for an hour.
After the end of the cycle, remove the fish from the bowl. Put the potatoes in it, lay the fish on top again and turn it on for 20 minutes in the EXHAUST mode. So the vegetables will be soaked with sauce and will reach full preparedness.
Basel Schnitzel "cordon blue" (a recipe from the book "Swiss Cuisine")
This dish is very tasty and not at alldifficult to prepare. The cheese that comes in the filling of the schnitzels melts from the heat and adds to the juiciness of the meat. And what can we say about a crusty crust of breadcrumbs!
Ingredients:
Veal (escalopes of 100 g about 2 cm thick) - 4 pcs.
Cheese hard (gruyer or emmental) - 4 slices of 25 grams
Ham (boiled or smoked) - 4 slices of 25 grams
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 70 g
Breadcrumbs - 100 g
Butter - 100 g
Salt
Cooking method:
Cut the escalopes with a paper towel and salt them. Cut each escalope so as to make it a deep, but not through "pocket".
Prepare the filling. To do this, put thin slices of ham about the same size of cheese slices and fold them together in half. Put the filling inside the meat pockets.
Each escalope roll in flour, then dip into a beaten egg and into breadcrumbs.
Immediately place the escalopes on a hot frying pan with melted butter.
Fry on high heat on both sides near16 minutes: 4 minutes on one side, then the same on the other, repeat. If the escalopes are thick, then it will take a little longer. A signal to the fact that the schnitzels are ready will be the cheese that follows from them. At this point, the frying pan can be removed from the fire and served "cordon blue" to the table with any garnish.
Pear cake with sour cream and walnuts (recipe from the book "Pirogovedenie for Beginners").
Unsweetened dough, usual sour cream, fragrant pearsand a small handful of walnuts. It seems nothing special, but for some reason the pie turns out amazing tasty. Serve it for dessert - do not regret it!
Ingredients:
For the test:
200 g of flour
100 g of oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
a pinch of salt
6 tbsp. l. of ice water
For filling:
4 small pears
100 g walnuts
juice of half a lemon
To fill:
450 g sour cream fat content of 20%
80 g of sugar
50 g of flour
1 packet (10 g) of vanilla sugar
Shape with a diameter of 20-23cm
Oven 180 ° С
Cooking method:
Prepare the dough. To do this, chop the flour with butter and salt until the pieces of butter become the size of the nails. Then add water with lemon juice and knead the dough.
Roll out the dough on a surface dusted with flour, transfer it to the mold, cut the edges with a rolling pin and nail the bottom with a fork. Put the form with the dough into the refrigerator for a while, while you are preparing the filling.
Pears cut slices, and then in thin slices, pour lemon juice.
Set aside ten nuts for decoration. Remain large chop.
In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, flour and vanilla sugar.
On the basis of the dough, put pears, sprinkle with nuts and fill with sour cream. Bake at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes.
Finish the cake and decorate with nuts.
Chocolate brownies (recipe from the book "Cupcakes in a circle").
Another kind of dessert that you will definitely surprisetheir guests. Cupcakes in the cups are prepared easily and quickly, and they are also very tasty and beautiful! All you need is a mug, a microwave and simple products.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. l. soft butter
2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. l. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder
1 yolk
½ tsp. extract of vanilla
4 tbsp. l. flour with baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp. l. chocolate chips
Cooking method:
Put the butter in a tea cup or a small 250 ml mug and heat in a microwave for 10-20 seconds until it melts.
Add both types of sugar and cocoa powder, goodwhip with a fork or a whisk. Add egg yolk and vanilla extract, whisk a little. Put in the flour and salt and whisk until smooth, so that there are no lumps. Mix half the chocolate chips into the dough. If desired, pour the dough into a 250 ml paper loaf.
Bake in the microwave for 50 seconds. at a power of 600 W, 30 seconds. at 800 watts or 25 seconds. at 1000 watts. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the brownie on top of the remaining chocolate chips and return to the oven for another 30 seconds.
Allow the brownies to cool for about 15 minutes, then they will get a nice elasticity, and they can be served on the table.
